Stop! It's Wrong! You may have seen the article this week about the eBay seller who has been caught selling fake designer clothes, cosmetics and computer games.

Read the full article on the Yahoo News website: Ebay fraudster caught in sting. Here is a small excerpt:

“Bhavin Shah, 28, who went by the online name healthheaven2000, ordered goods from China to sell to UK consumers. He was caught out when he unknowingly sold counterfeit Gillette Mach3 Turbo razor blades to Brent and Harrow Trading Standards officers.”

I know there are plenty of dropshippers and wholesalers who sell replica fake goods, so don’t go selling them on eBay or anywhere, things like “ipod like Mp3 player” are just asking for trouble. If you want to sell these sorts of low cost but desirable electronics then try out a dropshipper like Chinavasion, where the goods are not replicas and you don’t have to associate them with big brands and there products.

Remember to always be on the right side of the law with your business. Whether it is with product descriptions, reporting financial figures, data protection or anything. Acting illegally is not clever and is the fast way to prison, the poor house or just a terrible reputation – or even all 3!
