At the start of every year I set myself a load of targets related to all aspects of life – from golf to business. I recommed you do the same if you aren’t already. This is a much better way to achieve your aims then by doing ‘new years resolutions’, which long term rarely works.

A year is a long time and a lot changes during a year, now is an ideal time to reflect and begin a final push through 2008. A good way to give yourself an instant boost is to review your targets and adjust as required!

I read this quote whilst watching the golf yesterday afternoon and realised how true it is, and not just for golf but for everything.
